Eligibility You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: - Opened or used products - Products marked as final sale - Products returned without original packaging How to return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ironveil.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Inspection Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
